4. Configuració
4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria
- Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part inferior de la bàscula.

- Insert three (3) "AA" batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

Alternatively, the scale can be powered by an optional AC adapter (not included). Connect the AC adapter to the power input port on the side or rear of the scale and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
4.2. Col·locació
Place the scale on a firm, level, and stable surface, free from vibrations, drafts, and rapid temperature changes. Ensure the stainless steel weighing pan is correctly seated on the scale platform.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1. Encendre/apagar
- Per encendre la bàscula, premeu el botó ON/OFF button. The display will illuminate and show "0.0 g" (or the last used unit) when ready.
- Per apagar la bàscula, manteniu premut el botó ON/OFF botó fins que la pantalla s'apagui.
5.2. Pesatge bàsic
- Ensure the scale is on a stable surface and powered on, displaying "0.0".
- Carefully place the item to be weighed onto the center of the stainless steel weighing pan.
- Wait for the stability indicator (usually an asterisk or similar symbol) to appear on the display, indicating a stable reading.
- Read the weight displayed on the backlit LCD.
5.3. Selecció d'unitat
The CX221 model supports various weighing units including grams (g), Newtons (N), ounces (oz), and pounds/ounces (lb/oz).

- Stop pressing when the desired unit is displayed.
5.4. Funció de tara
The Tare function allows you to subtract the weight of a container, so only the net weight of the contents is measured.
- Place an empty container on the weighing pan. The scale will display its weight.
- Premeu el botó TARA / ZERO button (often labeled "→0←" or "T"). The display will reset to "0.0" (or "0.00").
- Add the items to be weighed into the container. The display will show only the weight of the items.
- To clear the tare, remove the container from the pan. The scale will display the negative weight of the container. Press the TARA / ZERO button again to return to "0.0".

6. Manteniment
6.1. Neteja
To maintain the accuracy and longevity of your scale:
- Always turn off the scale and disconnect any AC adapter before cleaning.
- Wipe the scale body and stainless steel pan with a soft, damp cloth. Mild soap can be used if necessary.
