Follow these steps to connect your Perytong Sleep Headphones to your device via Bluetooth:
- Ensure Bluetooth is disabled on any previously paired devices to avoid interference.
- Press and hold the 'On/Off' button on the control module for approximately 5 seconds until the red and blue indicator lights begin to flash alternately. This indicates the headphones are in pairing mode.

Manteniment
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your Perytong Sleep Headphones, the fabric headband is washable. It is crucial to remove the electronic components before washing.

- Carefully push the right speaker towards the control module's position.
- Similarly, push the left speaker towards the control module's position.
- Gently push both speakers and the Bluetooth control module out from the fabric liner, which is separated from the stitching.
- Once all electronic components are removed, the fabric headband can be machine washed or hand washed.
- Allow the headband to air dry completely before reinserting the electronic components.
