1. Introducció

This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your vivo Y28e 5G smartphone. Please read this guide thoroughly to ensure proper use and to maximize the device's performance and longevity.

2. Què hi ha a la caixa

Upon unboxing your vivo Y28e 5G, verify that all the following items are included:

• vivo Y28e 5G Smartphone
• Funda de telèfon
• Protector de pantalla (preaplicat o en caixa)
• Expulsor de la safata SIM
• Cable USB (tipus C)

Note: A charging adapter is not included with this product. Please use a compatible 15W charging adapter.

3. Configuració

3.1. Instal·lació de la targeta SIM

Per instal·lar la targeta SIM:

1. Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del telèfon.
2. Introduïu l'eina d'expulsió de la safata de la SIM al forat petit que hi ha al costat de la safata i premeu fermament fins que la safata surti.
3. Col·loca la targeta o targetes nano-SIM a la safata amb els contactes daurats cap avall, assegurant-te que estiguin ben orientades.
4. Empenyeu amb cura la safata cap a dins de la ranura fins que quedi alineada amb el lateral del telèfon.

3.2. Encès / apagat

• Per encendre: Press and hold the Power button (located on the side) until the vivo logo appears.

4.3. Sensor d'empremtes digitals

The vivo Y28e 5G includes a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint sensor for secure unlocking and authentication.

1. Vés a Configuració > Seguretat > empremta digital.
2. Seguiu les instruccions a la pantalla per registrar la vostra empremta digital.
3. Once registered, you can unlock your phone by placing your registered finger on the sensor.

4.4. Càrrega del teu dispositiu

Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the phone's charging port and connect the other end to a compatible 15W charging adapter (not included). The battery icon on the screen will indicate charging status.

4.5. Connectivitat

• Xarxa 5G: The device supports 5G cellular technology for faster data speeds where available.
