4. Configuració i instal·lació
4.1 Contingut del paquet
Abans de la instal·lació, assegureu-vos que hi hagi tots els components:
- ASHATA RFID Access Control Keypad
- Cargols de muntatge i tacs de paret
- Manual d'usuari en anglès (aquest document)
4.2 Muntatge del teclat numèric
- Choose a suitable location near the door, ensuring it is protected from direct weather exposure if installed outdoors.
- Use the keypad as a template to mark the drilling points for the mounting screws.
- Perfora forats i insereix tacs de paret si cal.
- Secure the keypad to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.

4.3 Esquema de cablejat
The keypad requires a DC 12V power supply. Connect the wires according to the diagram provided with your specific lock and power supply. The device offers NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) output options for various lock types.

4.4 Programació inicial
Upon first power-up, the keypad will be in its default state. Refer to the detailed programming instructions in the separate programming guide for setting up the Master User, adding/deleting user passwords, and ID cards. This typically involves entering a default master code, followed by specific commands to enroll new users or change settings.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Accessing the Door
The keypad supports three primary methods for gaining access:
- Password Only: Enter your personal password (PIN) followed by the '#' key.
- ID Card Only: Present your registered ID card to the card reader area on the keypad.
- Password + ID Card: Present your registered ID card, then enter your personal password (PIN) followed by the '#' key.

5.2 Funció d'alarma
The keypad features an internal buzzer alarm. This alarm will activate under specific conditions, such as unauthorized entry attempts (e.g., too many incorrect password entries) or if an auxiliary mode like 'Forced Door' is triggered. The alarm can typically be disarmed by entering a valid master or secure user password.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and proper functioning of your access control keypad.
- Neteja: Netegeu la superfície del teclat amb un drap suau iamp drap. Eviteu productes de neteja abrasius o dissolvents que puguin danyar l'acabat o els components electrònics.
- Comprovació de la connexió: Inspeccioneu periòdicament totes les connexions del cablejat per assegurar-vos que estiguin ben fixades i que no presentin corrosió.
- Prova de funcionalitat: Regularly test all entry methods (password, card) to confirm they are working correctly.
- Actualitzacions de firmware: Comproveu el del fabricant website for any available firmware updates, if applicable, to ensure optimal performance and security features.
7. Solució De Problemes
If you encounter issues with your ASHATA RFID Access Control Keypad, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
