Configuració i primer ús

1. Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els materials d'embalatge i accessoris de la caixa.
2. Neteja: Before first use, wash the inner pot, steam basket, steam basket stand, and measuring cup with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the multicooker with a damp tela. No submergiu la unitat principal a l'aigua.
3. Muntar:
   • Place the inner pot (6) into the appliance base (11). Ensure it sits correctly and is level.
   • Attach the condensate container (13) to the back of the unit.
   • Ensure the sealing ring (4) is properly seated inside the lid (3).
   • Close the lid (12) by aligning it with the base and rotating the handle until it locks securely.
4. Prova inicial (prova d'aigua): It is recommended to perform a water test before cooking food.
   • Add 2-3 cups of water to the inner pot (6).
   • Close and lock the lid (12). Ensure the steam valve (1) is in the sealing position.
   • Plug in the multicooker.
   • Select a pressure cooking program (e.g., "Pressure Cook") and set a short time (e.g., 5 minutes).
   • Press "Start" (22). The unit will preheat and build pressure.
   • Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally or use the quick release method (refer to Operating Instructions).
   • Once pressure is fully released, open the lid and discard the water.

• Function Icons (20): Indicators for additional functions like Keep Warm or Delay Start.
• Rotary Button (21): Turn to navigate through programs and adjust settings (time, temperature). Press to confirm selection.

Programes de cuina

The multicooker offers 8 pre-set programs for various cooking needs:

• Cocció a pressió: For fast cooking of meats, stews, and tough vegetables.

• Cocció al vapor: Use with the steam basket for vegetables, fish, or dumplings.
• Rice and Legumes: Optimized settings for perfect rice, beans, and lentils.
• Ardent: For browning ingredients before pressure cooking or for sautéing.
• Reescalfament: Gently warms food without overcooking.
• Torrat: For browning and cooking larger pieces of meat or poultry.
• Conservació: For canning or sterilizing jars.

Passos generals de cocció

1. Preparar els ingredients: Mesura i prepara els ingredients segons la recepta.
2. Afegir ingredients: Place the inner pot (6) into the appliance base (11). Add your ingredients to the inner pot. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
3. Tanca la tapa: Place the lid (12) onto the multicooker and rotate the handle clockwise until it locks securely. Ensure the steam valve (1) is in the sealing position for pressure cooking.
4. Seleccioneu el programa: Plug in the appliance. Use the rotary button (21) to select your desired cooking program from the icons (19) on the control panel (10).
5. Ajustar la configuració: Once a program is selected, use the rotary button (21) to adjust cooking time, temperature, or pressure level if applicable. Press the rotary button to confirm.
6. Comença a cuinar: Press the "Start/Stop" button (22) to begin the cooking process. The display (18) will show the cooking status.
7. Pressure Release (for Pressure Cooking):
   • Alliberament natural: Allow the multicooker to cool down naturally. The pressure will gradually decrease, and the float valve will drop. This is ideal for foamy foods or large cuts of meat.
   • Llançament ràpid: Carefully turn the steam release handle to the "Venting" position. Steam will rapidly escape. Keep hands and face away from the steam. Only use for foods that are not foamy.
8. Tapa oberta: Once the float valve has dropped and all pressure is released, rotate the lid handle counter-clockwise and lift the lid. Always open the lid away from your face to avoid residual steam.

Funcions addicionals

• Funció de mantenir la calor: After most cooking programs, the multicooker automatically switches to a "Keep Warm" mode for up to 6 hours. This can also be manually selected.
• Temporitzador d'inici retardat: You can program the multicooker to start cooking at a later time, up to 12 hours in advance. This is useful for preparing meals ahead of time.

Neteja i Manteniment

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and safe operation of your WMF Lono Multicooker. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

   • Remove the sealing ring (4) from the lid. Wash the sealing ring with warm soapy water and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting. Ensure it is properly seated before next use.
   • Clean the steam valve (1) and safety valve (2) to ensure they are free from food debris. You may need to remove the fastening nut (5) to access the underside of the lid for thorough cleaning of the valves.
   • Wipe the exterior and interior of the lid with a damp tela.

4. Condensate Container (13): Empty and clean the condensate container after each use.
