Instruccions de configuració

Follow these steps to set up your Kangaroo Home Security System:

1. Descarrega l'aplicació: Download the Kangaroo Security app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
2. Crea un compte: Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your account and set up your home profile.
3. Aparella dispositius:
   • Keypad/Siren: Plug the Keypad/Siren into a standard power outlet. Follow the app's instructions to pair it with your account.
   • Motion + Entry Sensors: Remove the battery tab from each sensor. In the app, select "Add Device" and follow the prompts to pair each sensor individually.

   • Motion + Entry Sensors: These sensors detect both motion and entry. Mount them on doors or windows using the self-adhesive backing. Ensure the two parts of the sensor are aligned and within 1 inch (2.5 cm) of each other when the door or window is closed.

5. Apply Deterrents: Place the yard sign and window stickers in visible locations outside your home to deter potential intruders.

The Kangaroo Home Security System can be operated via the mobile app or the Keypad/Siren.

Armar el sistema

• Mitjançant l'aplicació: Open the Kangaroo Security app, select your home, and tap the "Arm" button. You can choose between "Home" (motion sensors off) or "Away" (all sensors active) modes.

• Motion + Entry Sensors: These sensors are battery-powered. When the app indicates a low battery, replace the batteries with new alkaline batteries of the specified type (typically CR2032 coin cells). Refer to the sensor's compartment for exact battery type.
• Keypad/Siren: The Keypad/Siren is primarily powered by an AC adapter. It may contain a backup battery; refer to the app or device for specific battery replacement instructions if applicable.
