3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the freezer for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier and your dealer.

3.2 Col·locació

Place the freezer on a strong, level surface capable of supporting its weight (approximately 214 pounds). Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain a minimum of 6 inches of clearance from walls or other obstructions to allow for proper airflow to the condenser. This unit is designed for indoor commercial use.

3.3 Connexió elèctrica

The freezer requires a dedicated 115 Volt, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical supply. Ensure the outlet is properly grounded. Do not use extension cords or adapter plugs.

3.4 Instal·lació de rodes

The unit comes with 4 casters for mobility. Attach the casters securely to the bottom of the unit using the provided hardware. Ensure all casters are tightened before moving the unit.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Inici inicial

After installation, allow the freezer to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in. This allows the refrigerant to settle. Once plugged in, allow the unit to run for 24 hours to reach its optimal operating temperature before loading with products.

4.2 Control de temperatura

The freezer features an external digital temperature control for precise temperature management. The operating temperature range is -8°F to 0°F (-22°C to -18°C). Use the digital display to monitor and adjust the internal temperature as needed. An internal wall-mounted thermometer provides an additional temperature reference.

4.3 Prestatges

The freezer includes 2 adjustable shelves, coated in epoxy for corrosion resistance. These shelves can hold up to 90 lbs each. Adjust their height to accommodate various product sizes.

4.4 Door Features

The two stainless steel doors feature recessed handles for a sleek design. They are self-closing to maintain internal temperature and include a stay-open feature for convenient loading and unloading. The door hinges are reversible, allowing for flexible placement.
