1. Adjusting the Adult Harness

The adult harness features a fully adjustable back panel to accommodate different torso lengths. Locate the adjustment mechanism on the back panel (often a hook-and-loop or ladder-lock system) and slide it up or down until the shoulder straps sit comfortably on your shoulders and the hipbelt aligns with your hips. Ensure the load lifter straps (above the shoulders) are at a 45-degree angle.

2. Adjusting the Fit-on-the-Fly Hipbelt

The hipbelt can be extended or retracted to fit different waist sizes. Pull the hipbelt straps forward to tighten, ensuring the padded sections wrap around your hips for optimal load transfer. The hipbelt should bear most of the child's weight, not your shoulders.

The integrated sunshade is stored in a zippered pocket at the top of the carrier. Unzip the pocket, pull out the sunshade, and secure its clips into the designated slots on the carrier frame. This provides UPF 50+ sun protection for your child.

Adjust all straps to distribute the weight evenly and comfortably. The carrier's sturdy frame allows it to stand independently on a flat surface for easier loading and unloading.

2. Utilizing Storage Compartments

The Poco Plus offers various storage options. The large zippered lower compartment is ideal for bulkier items like diapers, wipes, and extra clothing. Smaller zippered pockets on the hipbelt are perfect for quick-access items like snacks, keys, or a phone. Mesh side pockets can hold water bottles or other small essentials.

3. Hydration System Integration

A dedicated sleeve for a hydration bladder is located behind the back panel. Insert your hydration bladder into the sleeve and route the drinking tube through the designated port on the shoulder strap for easy access while on the move.

4. Using the Integrated Mirror

The small, detachable mirror is stored in one of the hipbelt pockets. Use it to quickly check on your child without needing to remove the carrier.
