1. Introducció

3. Configuració i instal·lació

3.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.

3.2 Col·locació

Place the display case on a flat, stable, and level surface. Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight or proximity to heat sources.

The unit is mobile and supplied with 4 or 6 wheels depending on its length, allowing for flexible placement.

3.3 Connexió elèctrica

Connect the unit to a dedicated, grounded electrical outlet that matches the voltage and frequency specifications of the appliance. Do not use extension cords or adapters.

3.4 Neteja inicial

Before first use, clean the interior and exterior of the display case with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Encès

After connecting to power, the unit will automatically begin cooling. Allow the display case to reach the desired temperature before loading products.

4.2 Control de temperatura

The temperature range is 0°C to 10°C. Use the digital control panel (if present, typically located near the top) to set and monitor the internal temperature. Refer to the specific controls on your unit for detailed adjustment instructions.

4.3 Càrrega de productes

Distribute products evenly on the shelves to ensure proper air circulation. Do not block the air vents inside the unit. The display case is equipped with 5 GN 2/1 grids and slides per door, with a maximum load capacity of 30 kg per grid.

4.4 Pany de porta

The doors are lockable for security. Use the provided key to lock and unlock the doors as needed.

The unit features internal LED lighting to illuminate the products. The lighting can typically be controlled via a switch on the control panel or near the light fixture.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

Regular cleaning is essential for hygiene and optimal performance. Unplug the unit before cleaning.

• Clean the interior with a mild, non-abrasive detergent and warm water. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

5.2 Descongelació automàtica

The unit features an automatic defrosting system, which minimizes ice buildup. During defrost cycles, the internal temperature may temporarily rise slightly. This is normal operation.

Inspect door gaskets regularly for cracks or damage. Clean gaskets with warm, soapy water to maintain a tight seal and prevent energy loss.
