Introducció

Configuració

1. Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior de la ràdio.
2. Slide the cover downwards and remove it.
3. Insert the rechargeable AA NiMH batteries into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the battery compartment cover, sliding it upwards until it clicks securely into place.

2. Càrrega de les bateries

1. Connect the Micro USB Y-cable to the charging port on each radio.
2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
3. The charging indicator on the radio will illuminate to show charging status.
4. Espereu prou temps per a una càrrega completa abans del primer ús.

3. Attaching Belt Clips and Lanyards

1. Align the belt clip with the designated slots on the back of the radio and slide it into place until it locks.
2. For lanyard attachment, thread the lanyard through the carabiner loop located at the top of the radio.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Engegada/Apagada i Volum

1. To power on the radio, rotate the top knob clockwise until you hear a click and the display illuminates.
2. Per apagar-lo, gireu el botó en sentit antihorari fins que sentiu un clic.

2. Selecció de canals

1. Premeu el botó MENÚ button to enter channel selection mode.
2. Utilitza el Amunt/Avall arrow buttons to select one of the 22 available FRS channels.
3. Premeu MENÚ de nou per confirmar la vostra selecció.

3. Setting Privacy Codes (CTCSS/DCS)

1. After selecting a channel, press MENÚ twice to enter privacy code selection.
2. Utilitza el Amunt/Avall arrow buttons to select one of the 121 privacy codes.
3. Premeu MENÚ to confirm. Both radios must be on the same channel and privacy code to communicate privately.

4. Transmissió i recepció (PTT)

1. Per transmetre, premeu i manteniu premut el botó PTT (Prem per parlar) button located on the side of the radio.
2. Parleu clarament al micròfon.
3. Allibera el PTT botó per aturar la transmissió i esperar una resposta.

5. VOX (Voice-Activated Transmission)

1. VOX allows hands-free communication. To activate, press MENÚ multiple times until the VOX setting appears.
2. Utilitza el Amunt/Avall arrow buttons to select a VOX sensitivity level (higher numbers for lower sensitivity).
3. Premeu MENÚ to confirm. An optional headset is recommended for optimal VOX performance.

6. Call Tones and Roger Beep

• Per enviar un to de trucada, premeu breument la tecla TRUCA button. There are 5 selectable call tones.
• The Roger Beep is an audible tone that sounds when you release the PTT button, signaling to other users that your transmission is complete. This feature can usually be toggled on/off via the menu.

7. NOAA Weather Channels with Alert

• The radios can receive emergency and weather broadcasts from the NOAA National Weather Service. Consult your radio's menu for specific instructions on accessing and setting up weather alerts.

8. Funció de llanterna

• To activate the built-in flashlight, locate the dedicated LAMP button or a multi-function button that controls the light. Press and hold or press briefly as per the radio's interface.

• Always use the specified rechargeable AA NiMH batteries and charging accessories.
• Do not expose batteries to high temperatures or dispose of them in fire.
