5. Configuració

5.1 Desembalatge

Carefully remove the refrigerator from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

5.2 Col·locació

Place the refrigerator on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is sufficient ventilation around the unit, especially around the heat dissipation areas (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides). Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near heat-emitting appliances.

5.3 Connexió d'alimentació

The Alpicool C15 can be powered by both DC (12V/24V) and AC (100-240V) power sources.

• DC Power (Vehicle Use): Connect the DC power cable to the DC input port on the refrigerator and then to your vehicle's 12V or 24V cigarette lighter socket.
• AC Power (Household Use): Connect the AC adapter to the refrigerator's AC input port (if available, or use the DC input with the provided AC-to-DC adapter) and then plug it into a standard 100-240V AC wall outlet.

Ensure the connection is secure before turning on the unit.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Encès/Apagat

Premeu el botó Botó d'encesa (circle with vertical line) on the control panel to turn the refrigerator On or Off. The digital display will illuminate when the unit is powered on.

6.2 Ajust de temperatura

When the unit is on, the display shows the current internal temperature. To set the desired temperature:

• Premeu el botó botó + per augmentar la temperatura.

The display will flash the set temperature and then return to showing the actual internal temperature after a few seconds.

6.3 Cooling Mode Setting (ECO/MAX)

The refrigerator has two cooling modes: ECO (Economy) and MAX (Maximum).

• Mode ECO: Energy-saving mode, suitable for maintaining temperature over longer periods.

6.4 Battery Protection Setting (H/M/L)

This feature protects your vehicle battery from excessive discharge. There are three levels: H (High), M (Medium), and L (Low).

• With the unit on, press and hold the Botó de configuració (gear icon) for 3 seconds. The display will show the current battery protection level.

• Release the button to select the desired level.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Neteja

Regular cleaning helps maintain the efficiency and hygiene of your refrigerator:

• Desconnecteu sempre l'alimentació abans de netejar.
• Netegeu les superfícies interiors i exteriors amb un damp drap i un detergent suau.
• No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius, productes químics agressius ni objectes punxeguts, ja que poden danyar les superfícies.
• Assegureu-vos que la unitat estigui completament seca abans de tornar a connectar l'alimentació.

7.2 Descongelació

Frost may accumulate inside the freezer compartment, especially in humid conditions. Defrost the unit when the frost layer becomes thick (around 5mm or 0.2 inches):

• Apagueu la nevera i desconnecteu-la de la font d'alimentació.
• Elimina tot el contingut.
• Deixa la tapa oberta perquè la gebrada es fongui de manera natural. Pots posar-hi una tovallola a dins per absorbir l'aigua.
• No utilitzeu objectes punxeguts ni dispositius de calefacció per accelerar la descongelació, ja que això pot danyar la unitat.
• Un cop descongelat, eixugueu l'interior abans de tornar-lo a engegar.

7.3 Emmagatzematge

If storing the refrigerator for an extended period:

• Netegeu i assequeu bé la unitat.
• Deixeu la tapa lleugerament entreoberta per evitar males olors i floridura.
