Your Reload 20 Power Bank comes pre-charged and can be used immediately. However, for optimal performance and to ensure a full charge, it is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use.
- Connect the supplied Micro-USB cable to the Micro-USB input port on the power bank.
- Connect the other end of the Micro-USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
