Configuració i instal·lació
Before installation, ensure you select the correct lock size based on the thickness of your panel. The locking distance should match the lock size. This lock is compatible with panels up to 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick.

Passos d'instal·lació:
- Drill Keyhole: Drill a 3/4 inch (19mm) diameter keyhole at the desired location on your cabinet or drawer panel.
- Insert Lock Body: Insert the lock body into the drilled keyhole from the front of the panel.
- Bloqueig segur: Place the spur washer onto the back of the lock body, then twist the hexagonal nut to firmly secure the lock in place.
- Attach and Adjust Latch: Select the appropriate lock plate (cam) for your application. Attach it to the back of the lock body using the anti-slip screw. Adjust the position of the latch to ensure proper engagement with the cabinet frame when locked, then tighten the screw.

Instruccions de funcionament
To operate the Kohree Security Cam Lock:
- Bloqueig: Insert a key into the lock cylinder and turn it clockwise until the cam plate engages with the cabinet frame, securing the door or drawer. The key can be removed in the locked position.
- Desbloqueig: Insert a key into the lock cylinder and turn it counter-clockwise until the cam plate disengages from the cabinet frame, allowing the door or drawer to open. The key can be removed in the unlocked position.
All 5 locks in the set are keyed alike, meaning any of the 10 provided keys will operate any of the locks.
Manteniment
The Kohree Security Cam Locks are designed for minimal maintenance due to their durable zinc alloy construction, which offers excellent resistance to oxidation, rust, and corrosion. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
- Neteja: Periodically wipe the exterior of the lock with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and grime. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, which may damage the finish.
- Lubricació: If the key turning mechanism feels stiff over time, apply a small amount of graphite lubricant or a silicone-based spray lubricant into the keyway. Do not use oil-based lubricants as they can attract dirt.
