4.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Localitzeu la tapa del compartiment de les piles al mànec del termòmetre.
2. Slide or open the cover according to the indicator.
3. Insert two AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Tanqueu bé la tapa del compartiment de la bateria.

4.2 Encès inicial

After installing batteries, press the Measuring Button to turn on the thermometer. The device will perform a self-test and display the last measurement or enter standby mode.

5.1 Prendre una mesura

2. Aim the probe towards the center of the forehead, maintaining a distance of 5-10 cm (2-4 inches).
3. Press the Measuring Button once.
4. The temperature reading will be displayed on the LCD screen within 1 second, accompanied by a beep.
5. The three-color backlight function will indicate the temperature range: green for normal, yellow for elevated, and red for high fever (specific thresholds may vary, refer to display indicators).

5.2 Switching Temperature Units (Celsius/Fahrenheit)

With the thermometer powered on, press the 'Switch button' (often labeled with °C/°F or an arrow icon) to toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) display modes.
