5. Configuració

5.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Alineeu el paquet de bateries amb la part posterior de la ràdio.
2. Feu lliscar la bateria al seu lloc fins que faci clic de manera segura.

5.2 Càrrega

The RT28 radios can be charged using the included multi-gang charger or individually via the USB charging port.

• Multi-Gang Charger: Place the radios or individual batteries into the designated slots on the 6-way multi-gang charger. Ensure the indicator light illuminates, signifying active charging.
• Càrrega USB: Connect a compatible USB cable to the USB port on the side of the radio. The radio can be charged separately using this method.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Engegada/Apagada i control de volum

Rotate the top-most knob clockwise to power on the radio. Continue rotating to increase the volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease volume and power off.

6.2 Selecció de canals

Rotate the second knob (channel selection knob) to choose one of the 16 available channels. Ensure all radios intended for communication are set to the same channel.

6.3 Botó de prémer per parlar (PTT).

Press and hold the large PTT button on the side of the radio to transmit your voice. Release the button to listen.

6.4 Funció VOX (centraleta operada per veu)

The VOX function allows for hands-free transmission. When activated, the radio will transmit automatically when it detects your voice.

1. To activate/deactivate VOX: From channel 1 to channel 5, press and hold the PTT and side button at the same time to turn on the walkie-talkie. The VOX function will be activated or deactivated.

6.5 Local Alarm

The local alarm function can be activated in emergencies. Refer to the full user manual for specific activation steps.

7. Manteniment

• Neteja: Utilitzeu un suau, damp drap per netejar l'exterior de la ràdio. No utilitzeu productes químics agressius ni dissolvents.
• Cura de la bateria: Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid overcharging or fully discharging batteries regularly to prolong their lifespan.
• Emmagatzematge: Quan guardeu la ràdio durant períodes prolongats, traieu-ne la bateria i guardeu-la per separat.

8. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your Retevis RT28 radio, try the following common troubleshooting steps:

• Sense energia: Assegureu-vos que la bateria estigui correctament instal·lada i completament carregada. Comproveu que el botó d'engegada/volum estigui activat.
• Sense recepció/transmissió: Verify that all radios are on the same channel. Check for obstructions or excessive distance between radios.
• Problemes de càrrega: Ensure the charger is properly connected to a power source and the radio/battery is correctly seated in the charging slot. Check the USB cable for damage if using individual charging.
• Mala qualitat d'àudio: Adjust the volume. Ensure the microphone and speaker are not obstructed.
