1. Introducció

2. Informació de seguretat

• Read all instructions carefully before assembly and installation. If you do not understand the instructions or have any doubts, please contact customer support.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 8kg (17.6 lbs) per arm. Overloading can result in serious injury or product damage.
• This product contains a high-pressure gas spring. Do not attempt to disassemble the gas spring or expose it to high temperatures. Improper handling can cause injury.
• Ensure the mounting surface (desk) is strong enough to support the combined weight of the monitor arm and monitors.

4. Configuració i instal·lació

The ErGear Dual Monitor Arm offers two primary installation methods: C-Clamp and Grommet Mount. Choose the method best suited for your desk.

4.1 Choose Your Installation Method

4.2 C-Clamp Instal·lació

1. Enganxeu el C-clamp al pol principal del braç del monitor.
2. Col·loca el clamp on the edge of your desk and tighten the knob until it is securely fastened. Ensure the desk thickness is between 1cm and 8cm.

4.3 Instal·lació del muntatge amb passador

1. If your desk has an existing grommet hole, remove its cover. If not, drill a hole (recommended diameter: 10-12mm) in your desired mounting location.
2. Insert the grommet base through the hole and secure it from underneath the desk using the provided plate and nut. Ensure the desk thickness is between 1cm and 7cm.

4.4 Attaching Monitors

1. Attach the VESA monitor plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. The arm supports VESA patterns of 75x75mm and 100x100mm.
2. Carefully slide the monitors (with attached VESA plates) onto the arms until they click securely into place.

5.1 Adjusting Height and Extension

The gas spring arms allow for effortless vertical movement and extension. Gently push or pull the monitor to your desired height and distance. The arm can raise up to 46cm and extend up to 52cm.

5.2 Inclinació, gir i rotació

Each monitor can be independently adjusted:

• Inclinació: Adjust the screen angle up or down by +/-45°.
• Girar: Rotate the monitor horizontally by 180° at the arm joint and +/-90° at the VESA plate.

5.3 Ajust de la tensió de la molla de gas

If the arm does not hold its position or is too stiff, you may need to adjust the gas spring tension. Use the provided hex key to turn the adjustment screw located on the arm joint. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors, and counter-clockwise to decrease tension for lighter monitors.

5.4 Multiple Screen Configurations

The dual arm design allows for various monitor setups to suit your workflow, including side-by-side, stacked, or one in portrait and one in landscape mode.

6. Manteniment

7. Solució De Problemes

• Arm does not hold position: The gas spring tension may be too low for your monitor's weight. Increase tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise with the hex key.
