3. Muntatge i muntatge

The Sportstech ES600 comes with all necessary tools and a detailed manual (DE + EN) for assembly. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the included manual for proper setup.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Console Functions

The ES600 features a 5.5-inch LCD information display that provides real-time workout data. The console is powered by the bike's self-generating system, so no external power is needed.

• MODE/SELECTION: Press to cycle through display modes (Time, RPM/Speed, Distance, Watts/Calories, User, Pulse, Recovery).

• RESET: Clears current workout data.

4.2 Ajust de la resistència

The ES600 features computer-controlled magnetic resistance with 16 adjustable levels. Use the UP/DOWN arrows on the console to increase or decrease the resistance during your workout. This allows for precise control over your training intensity.

4.3 Pulse Measurement

The integrated pulse sensors on the handlebars allow you to monitor your heart rate during exercise. Grip the sensors firmly with both hands to get an accurate reading. The console also supports external pulse belts for more precise monitoring.
