4. Configuració
4.1 Font d'alimentació
The monitor can be powered by either AAA batteries or a USB cable.
- Instal·lació de la bateria: Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the device. Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the cover securely.
- Potència USB: Connect the provided USB cable to the USB port on the side of the monitor and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
4.2 Attaching the Cuff
Insert the air tube connector from the cuff firmly into the air jack on the left side of the monitor.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Abans de la mesura
- Eviteu menjar, beure alcohol, fumar, fer exercici i banyar-se durant 30 minuts abans de la mesura.
- Descansa almenys 5 minuts abans de prendre una mesura.
- Seieu en una posició còmoda amb l'esquena recolzada i els peus a terra.
- Col·loca el braç sobre una superfície plana de manera que el maneguet quedi a l'alçada del cor.
5.2 Aplicació del puny
The adjustable cuff (22-40 cm) is designed to fit most adult upper arms.
- Feu lliscar el braç esquerre per la llaçada del maniguet. El tub d'aire ha de baixar per la part interior del braç.
- Col·loqueu el maneguet de manera que la vora inferior quedi aproximadament 2-3 cm per sobre de l'articulació del colze.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.
- The artery mark on the cuff should be aligned with your brachial artery (inner arm).
5.3 Prendre una mesura
- Premeu el botó INICI/PARA botó. El braçalet s'inflarà automàticament.

- Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and your systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate will be displayed on the LCD screen.

5.4 Dual User Mode
The device supports two users (User A and User B) with 120 memory sets each.
- To switch between User A and User B, press the SET button briefly when the device is off. The user icon will change.
- Measurements taken will be stored under the currently selected user profile.

5.5 Funció de memòria

- When the device is off, press the MEM button. The screen will display the average of the last three readings for the current user.
- Premeu MEM again to scroll through individual past readings, from most recent to oldest.
- Each record includes SYS, DIA, Pulse, date, and time.

7. Manteniment i cura
- Clean the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Store the device in the provided storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
