Configuració

1. Attaching the Ball Head to a Tripod

  1. Locate the 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole at the base of the GX25 ball head.
  2. Screw the ball head onto the tripod's mounting screw until it is firmly seated. Ensure it is tight enough to prevent rotation during use.

  1. Locate the quick release plate included with your GX25 ball head.

  • The largest knob on the side of the ball head controls the main ball movement.

2. Dual Panoramic Controls

  • Base Panoramic Control: The knob located at the very bottom of the ball head controls the 360° rotation of the entire head. Loosen this knob to pan the head horizontally, and tighten it to lock. This is useful for leveling the head independently of the tripod legs.
  • Platform Panoramic Control: A smaller knob located just below the quick release clamp allows for independent 360° rotation of the camera platform. This feature is ideal for creating precise panoramic stitches or making minor horizontal adjustments without disturbing the main ball position. Loosen to rotate, tighten to lock.

3. Quick Release System with Safety Lock

  • The quick release clamp features a safety lock mechanism to prevent accidental camera detachment.
  • To release the camera, first, slightly loosen the main quick release lever. Then, press the safety release button or knob (if present) while fully opening the lever to slide the camera plate out.
  • Always ensure the safety lock is engaged when the camera is mounted.
