1. Introducció

4. Configuració

4.1. Instal·lació de la bateria

The AP-770K requires a 9V battery for operation. To install or replace the battery:

4.2. Connexió dels cables de prova

5. Instruccions de funcionament

To begin, turn the rotary selector switch to the desired measurement function. The meter will automatically select the appropriate range (auto-ranging) for most functions.

5.1. Funcions generals

• Encès/apagat: Rotate the selector switch from 'OFF' to any function to power on. Rotate back to 'OFF' to power off. The meter features an Auto Shut Down function after 15 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery.
• Retroil·luminació automàtica: The LCD display has an auto backlight sensor, which activates the backlight in dim conditions.

5.2. Specific Measurement Modes

Ensure test leads are correctly connected as described in Section 4.2.

• DC/AC Voltage (V): Rotate the switch to 'V='. Use 'SELECT' to toggle between DC and AC voltage. Connect leads in parallel to the circuit.
• DC/AC Current (A, mA): Rotate the switch to 'mA~' or '20A~'. Use 'SELECT' to toggle between DC and AC current. Connect leads in series with the circuit. For currents above 20A, an external current clamp (not included) is required.
• Resistència (Ω): Rotate the switch to 'Ω'. Connect leads in parallel to the component. Ensure the circuit is de-energized before measuring resistance.

• Pulse Width (ms-PULSE): Rotate the switch to 'ms-PULSE'. Measures the pulse width in milliseconds.
• Vol. Sense contactetage (NCV): Rotate the switch to 'NCV'. Bring the top of the meter near an AC voltage source. The NCV Red/Green LEDs will illuminate, and a buzzer will sound, indicating the presence of AC voltagi sense contacte directe.

6. Manteniment

6.1. Neteja

If the current measurement functions cease to work, the fuse may need replacement. To replace the fuse:

4. Carefully remove the blown fuse and replace it with a fuse of the exact same type and rating.
5. Replace the battery and the compartment cover, securing it with the screw.
