Configuració

- Col·locació: Place the griddle on a stable, heat-resistant, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Neteja inicial: Before first use, wipe the cooking plate with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. The grease drip tray should also be cleaned.

Instruccions de funcionament

- Cuina: Place food directly onto the preheated cooking surface. The RockStone non-stick coating allows for cooking with minimal to no oil.

- Seguiment: Use heat-resistant utensils (plastic or wood) to turn food. Avoid metal utensils that could damage the non-stick coating.
- Finalització: Once cooking is complete, turn the thermostat control to the "OFF" position and unplug the griddle from the outlet.

Manteniment i Neteja

- Clean Cooking Plate: The cooking plate is dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash it by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Clean Grease Drip Tray: Empty and clean the grease drip tray after each use. It is also dishwasher safe.
