3. Muntatge i muntatge

Assembly typically takes 30-60 minutes. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly, though one person can manage.

3.1 Desembalatge

Follow these general steps for assembly. Refer to the included assembly diagram for detailed illustrations.

• Alçada del seient: The seat has 11 levels of height adjustment. Loosen the adjustment knob, slide the seat post to your desired height, and re-tighten the knob securely. The seat can also be moved forward or backward.
• Alçada del manillar: The handlebar has 5 levels of height adjustment. Loosen the adjustment knob, raise or lower the handlebar to a comfortable position, and re-tighten.
• Ensure your knees have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke for optimal comfort and to prevent injury.

4.1 Starting Your Workout

Once assembled and adjusted, you are ready to begin your exercise routine.

4.2 Ajust de la resistència

• The bike features a bidirectional magnetic resistance adjustment bar.
