1. Introducció

The EARMOR M32 Tactical Headset is designed to provide hearing protection while enhancing situational awareness and communication capabilities. It features active sound amplification to detect ambient sounds and suppress harmful noises above 82 dBA, making it ideal for shooting, hunting, and tactical environments. This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your M32 headset.

3. Instruccions de configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

1. Locate the battery compartments on each earcup.
2. Obriu les cobertes de la bateria.
3. Insert two AAA batteries into each compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

3.2 Fixació del micròfon

1. Identify the microphone port on the left earcup.
2. Gently insert the microphone boom into the port until it clicks into place.
3. Adjust the microphone's position for optimal voice pickup, typically near the corner of your mouth.

3.3 Headset Adjustment

1. Extend or retract the headband to fit your head comfortably.
2. Ensure the earcups fully cover your ears to achieve proper noise reduction and sound amplificació.

3.4 PTT (Push-to-Talk) Adapter Connection (Sold Separately)

The EARMOR M32 headset features a MIL-STD 4-pin plug for connecting a PTT adapter. Ensure you use a compatible PTT adapter for proper functionality.

Important Note: The military connector is compatible only with Earmor PTTs or TCI/Nexus PTTs. It is not compatible with Element or Z-T PTTs due to different wiring configurations.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Encès/Apagat

• To power on, press and hold the power button (usually located on one of the earcups) for approximately 2 seconds until you hear an audible tone.
• To power off, press and hold the power button again for approximately 2 seconds until you hear a different audible tone.

4.2 Control de volum

4.3 Communication (with PTT adapter)

• Once a compatible PTT adapter is connected to your radio, press the PTT button to transmit your voice.

The headset is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that activates after 4 hours of inactivity to conserve battery life. To resume operation, simply power the headset back on.
