1. Preinstal·lació

1. Apagueu l'alimentació: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse that controls your heating system and turn it OFF. Verify that the power is off using a voltage provador.

The Robertshaw 802 is a Double-Pole, Single-Throw (DPST) thermostat, meaning it has four wires (two red, two black) and provides a positive "OFF" position by disconnecting both sides of the line voltage.

1. Identifica els cables: You will have two wires coming from your power source (line) and two wires going to your heating unit (load).
2. Connect power wires: Connect one power source wire to one of the thermostat's red wires. Connect the other power source wire to one of the thermostat's black wires.
3. Connect load wires: Connect the remaining red thermostat wire to one of the heating unit wires. Connect the remaining black thermostat wire to the other heating unit wire.

3. Muntatge

1. Align the thermostat with the standard wall outlet box.
2. Secure the thermostat to the outlet box using the two provided mounting screws. Do not overtighten.
3. Ensure the thermostat is flush against the wall.

Funcionament

The Robertshaw 802 thermostat features a simple rotary dial for temperature control and a positive "OFF" switch.
