2. Informació important de seguretat
Per garantir un funcionament segur, seguiu les precaucions següents:
- Mantingueu la roba ampla, les joies, els cabells i les mans allunyats de la ranura d'entrada de paper.
- No permeteu que els nens o les mascotes s'acostin a la trituradora.
- Desendolleu sempre la trituradora abans de moure, netejar o buidar el contenidor d'escombraries.
- No ruixeu cap producte inflamable ni lubricant a la trituradora.
- Avoid shredding adhesive labels or any materials that could cause the blades to gum up.
- The shredder is equipped with a thermal overload protection system. If used continuously for 5 minutes, a cool-down period of 40 minutes is required for reset. This prevents motor damage.
- An interlock switch is a safety feature that prevents operation if the shredder head is not properly seated on the waste bin.
3. Configuració
- Traieu amb cura la trituradora del seu embalatge.
- Place the shredder head securely onto the waste bin. Ensure it is properly aligned and seated to activate the interlock switch.
- Position the shredder on a flat, stable surface near a standard electrical outlet.

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Power On/Off and Auto Function
- Localitzeu l'interruptor de control a la part superior de la trituradora.
- Slide the switch to the "On/Auto" position. The shredder is now in standby mode, indicated by the "Ready" light.
- Per apagar la trituradora, feu lliscar l'interruptor a la posició "Off".
4.2 Trituració de paper
- Ensure the shredder is in "On/Auto" mode.
- Insert up to 10 sheets of 20 lb bond paper into the paper entry slot (8.67" width). The photo sensor will detect the paper and automatically start the shredding process.

- Avoid exceeding the maximum sheet capacity to prevent paper jams.
4.3 Shredding Credit Cards
- The shredder features a separate slot specifically for credit cards.
- Insert one credit card at a time into the designated credit card slot. The shredder will automatically process the card.
4.4 Reverse Function
- In case of a paper jam, slide the control switch to the "Rev" (Reverse) position. This will clear the jammed paper.
- Once the jam is cleared, return the switch to the "On/Auto" position.
5. Manteniment

- A transparent window allows you to monitor the fill level of the shredded material.
- When the bin is full, slide it out, empty the contents, and slide it back into place until it clicks securely.
5.2 Cooling Down
- The shredder has a duty cycle of 5 minutes on and 30 minutes off.
- If the "Overheat" indicator light illuminates, allow the shredder to cool down for approximately 40 minutes before resuming operation. This protects the motor from damage.
