1. Introducció

3. Configuració

3.1 Col·locació

Optimal subwoofer placement is crucial for sound quality. Consider the following:

Col·locació de la cantonada: Often provides the most output, but can sometimes lead to boomy bass.
Front of Room Placement: Near the front speakers, often results in the best blend with the main speakers.
Mid-Wall Placement: Can reduce room mode issues.
Multiple Subwoofers: For larger rooms or more even bass distribution, consider using two or more subwoofers.

Experiment with different locations to find the best sound in your listening environment.

3.2 Connexions

Before making any connections, ensure your SVS 3000 Micro subwoofer and all other audio components are powered off.

LFE Connection (Recommended for AV Receivers): Connect one end of the supplied RCA cable to the LFE output on your AV receiver and the other end to the LFE input on the SVS 3000 Micro.

3.3 Encès inicial

Once all connections are secure, you can power on your system:

Turn on your AV receiver or pre-ampmés viu.
Flip the main power switch on the SVS 3000 Micro to the 'ON' position. The LED indicator should illuminate.
Begin playing audio at a low volume and gradually increase the subwoofer's volume until it blends seamlessly with your main speakers.

4. Operating the SVS 3000 Micro

4.1 SVS Mobile App Control

The SVS 3000 Micro features convenient control via the SVS mobile app, available for iOS and Android devices. This app allows for advanced tuning and customization from your listening position.

Descarrega l'aplicació: Cerca "SVS" in your device's app store.
Connectar: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and open the SVS app. The app will automatically detect and connect to your 3000 Micro.
Ajustar la configuració: Use the app to control volume, low pass filter, phase, polarity, parametric EQ, and other DSP functions.

4.2 Controls del panell posterior

Basic adjustments can also be made directly on the subwoofer's rear panel:

Filtre de pas baix: Controls the upper frequency limit of the subwoofer's output. Set this to blend with your main speakers. If using an AV receiver with LFE output, set this to LFE/Bypass.
Fase: Adjusts the phase of the subwoofer's output relative to your main speakers (0-180 degrees). This helps ensure bass waves from the subwoofer and main speakers arrive at your listening position in sync.

5. Manteniment

The SVS 3000 Micro is designed for long-term reliability with minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines:

Neteja: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the cabinet. For piano gloss finishes, use a slightly damp cloth with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner if necessary, then buff dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Ventilació: Ensure adequate airflow around the subwoofer. Do not block the rear panel or drivers.
Medi ambient: Keep the subwoofer away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive moisture.
