5. Instal·lació i configuració

5.1 Main Control Panel Placement

Choose a central location for the main control panel, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas with high humidity. Ensure it is within Wi-Fi range and has good GSM signal if you plan to use a SIM card. Mount the panel securely using the provided hardware.

5.2 Alimentació del sistema

1. Connect the power adapter to the micro USB port on the main control panel.
2. Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet. The panel will power on automatically.
3. The built-in battery will begin charging. It provides backup power in case of a power outage.

5.3 SIM Card Installation (Optional)

If you wish to use the GSM function for calls and SMS alerts, install a 2G SIM card (850/900/1800/1900MHz compatible) into the designated slot on the main panel. Ensure the SIM card's PIN code is disabled before insertion. Refer to your SIM card provider for instructions on disabling the PIN.

5.4 Connexió a Wi-Fi

1. On the main panel, navigate to the 'Settings' menu.
2. Select 'Network Settings' or 'Wi-Fi'.
3. Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password.
4. Confirm the connection. A Wi-Fi icon will appear on the status bar once connected.

5.6 App Setup (Tuya Smart / Smart Life)

1. Download the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Register for an account or log in.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your PGST PG107 alarm system. This typically involves selecting 'Security & Sensor' category and then 'Alarm (Wi-Fi)'.
4. Ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as the alarm panel during setup.

6. Instruccions de funcionament

6.1 Armament i desarmament

• Braç fora: Activates all sensors. Use when leaving the property.
• Home Arm (Stay Arm): Activates perimeter sensors (e.g., door/window sensors) while allowing movement inside.
• Desarma: Deactivates all sensors.

You can arm/disarm the system using the control panel, remote control, RFID tag, or the mobile app. For voice control, use commands like "Alexa, arm my home" after linking the system to your smart assistant.

6.2 Funció SOS

Press the SOS button on the main panel, remote control, or dedicated SOS button in an emergency. The system will immediately trigger the alarm and send alerts to pre-programmed emergency contacts.

6.3 Intercomunicador bidireccional

The main panel features a two-way intercom. You can initiate calls from the panel or answer incoming calls from registered numbers. This allows for communication with occupants or monitoring of the premises.

6.4 Phone Call and SMS Alerts

When an alarm is triggered, the system will automatically call and/or send SMS messages to up to five pre-programmed phone numbers. This feature requires a functional SIM card installed in the main panel.

6.5 Alerta de porta oberta

The system can be configured to provide an alert if a door or window sensor is open when attempting to arm the system, or if it opens while the system is armed.

7. Manteniment

7.1 Gestió de la bateria

• Panell principal: The built-in lithium battery provides backup power. Ensure the panel is regularly connected to power to keep the battery charged. The system will alert you of low battery status.
• Sensors sense fils: Wireless sensors are battery-powered. The system will notify you when a sensor's battery is low. Replace batteries promptly to ensure continuous protection. Refer to individual sensor manuals for battery type and replacement instructions.

7.2 Neteja

Wipe the main control panel and sensors with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or spray directly onto the devices, as this may damage them.

8. Solució De Problemes

• El sistema no s'encén: Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected and the outlet is functional. Check if the built-in battery is completely depleted; allow it to charge for a few minutes.
• Sense connexió Wi-Fi: Verify your Wi-Fi password. Ensure the panel is within range of your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router. Restart your router and the alarm panel.
• No GSM signal/SMS alerts: Check if the SIM card is correctly inserted and has an active plan. Ensure the SIM card's PIN code is disabled. Verify GSM signal strength on the panel.
• Sensors not triggering alarm: Check sensor battery levels. Ensure sensors are correctly paired with the main panel. Verify sensor placement and alignment (e.g., magnet for door/window sensors).
• Problemes de connexió de l'aplicació: Ensure both your phone and the alarm panel are connected to the internet. Restart the app and try reconnecting.
• Falses alarmes: Review sensor placement to avoid triggering by pets or environmental factors (e.g., drafts, direct sunlight on PIR sensors). Adjust sensor sensitivity if applicable.
