Instruccions de configuració

Follow these steps to safely connect your propane torch to a standard propane cylinder (sold separately).

1. Assegureu-vos que totes les vàlvules estiguin tancades: Before connecting, verify that the propane cylinder valve, the torch's flame control knob, and the idle boost control lever are all in the closed/off position.

Turn the handwheel tightener counter-clockwise ("Lefty Tighty") to secure the connection. Ensure it is hand-tight and there are no leaks.
3. Connect the hose to the torch: Securely attach the other end of the hose to the torch handle.

Instruccions de funcionament

Once the torch is properly connected and checked for leaks, follow these steps for safe operation:

1. Open Propane Cylinder Valve: Obriu lentament la vàlvula de la bombona de propà.
2. Adjust Flame Control Knob: Turn the flame control knob on the torch handle about 1/8 of a turn to allow a small amount of propane to flow.
3. Ignite the Torch: Point the torch away from yourself and any flammable materials. Use the included flint striker to ignite the gas at the nozzle. The flint striker creates a spark when scraped against its surface.
4. Ajustar la flama: Once ignited, slowly adjust the flame control knob to achieve the desired flame size for your task. The idle boost control lever should remain in the idle (not pushed down) position for normal operation.
5. Use Idle Boost (for maximum heat): For maximum heat output (up to 500,000 BTU), press and hold the idle boost control lever. Release the lever to return to the pilot flame.
6. Apagant: When finished, first close the propane cylinder valve completely. Allow the remaining gas in the hose to burn off until the flame extinguishes. Then, close the flame control knob on the torch.
