3. Configuració

3.1 Sizing and Fit Adjustment

To ensure maximum protection, your helmet must fit properly. Use the sizing chart below as a guide, and then adjust the helmet to your head.

1. Measure Your Head: Use a measuring tape to find the circumference of your head, just above your eyebrows. Compare this measurement to the sizing chart.

3. Adjust the Rear Dial: Turn the adjustable dial at the back of the helmet clockwise to tighten the fit, or counter-clockwise to loosen it. The helmet should feel snug and not move freely when you shake your head.
4. Adjust Chin Straps: Fasten the quick-release buckle under your chin. Adjust the straps so they form a 'V' shape under your ears. The straps should be snug but not uncomfortably tight. Only one or two fingers should fit between the strap and your chin.
