Configuració

1. Abans del primer ús: Wash the mixing bowl, beaters, and splash guard in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor base with a damp drap. Assegureu-vos que totes les peces estiguin completament seques abans del muntatge.
2. Positioning the Mixer: Col·loca la batedora sobre un taulell net, sec i estable. Assegura't que hi hagi prou espai al voltant de la batedora per al seu funcionament i ventilació.
3. Fixació del bol: Place the stainless steel bowl onto the bowl base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
4. Attaching a Beater:
   • Assegureu-vos que la batedora estigui desconnectada.
   • Press the tilt-head release lever and lift the motor head until it locks in the tilted position.
   • Insert the desired beater (dough hook, whisk, or flat beater) into the attachment hub. Push upwards and turn clockwise until it clicks into place.
   • Lower the motor head by pressing the tilt-head release lever again and gently pushing the head down until it locks.
5. Fixació del protector contra esquitxades: Once the beater is attached and the motor head is lowered, place the splash guard over the bowl, aligning its opening with the beater.

Instruccions de funcionament

The Oster Digital Planetary Mixer is equipped with a powerful 1000W motor and 8 speed settings, plus a Pulse function with Slow Start, to handle a variety of mixing tasks.

1. Addició d'ingredients: With the mixer assembled and unplugged, add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. The splash guard's opening allows for easy addition of ingredients during operation.
2. Selecting a Beater:
   • Batedora plana: For general mixing, creaming butter and sugar, mixing batters, and making frostings.
   • Batre: For whipping eggs, egg whites, cream, and light batters.
   • Ganxo de massa: For kneading yeast doughs like bread, pizza, and pasta.
3. Powering On and Speed Selection:
   • Plug the mixer into a 110V electrical outlet.
   • Turn the speed control dial to the desired speed (1-8). Start with a lower speed and gradually increase as needed.
   • El Pols setting (P) provides short bursts of power, ideal for gently incorporating ingredients or starting mixing with the Slow Start feature.
4. Ús del temporitzador digital:
   • The digital display shows the current mixing time.
   • Use the timer buttons (up/down arrows) to set a specific mixing duration. The mixer will automatically stop when the set time expires.
   • Note: The timer resets if the mixer is turned off or unplugged.

Manteniment i Neteja

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your mixer.

• Desconnecteu sempre la batedora abans de netejar-la.
• Base del motor: Netegeu la base del motor amb un damp drap. No submergiu la base del motor en aigua ni en cap altre líquid.
• Mixing Bowl, Beaters, and Splash Guard: These parts can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. They are not dishwasher safe.
• Residus obstinats: For stubborn food residue, soak the bowl and beaters in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before cleaning.
• Emmagatzematge: Store the mixer in a dry place. Wrap the power cord loosely around the base or use a cord wrap if available. Store beaters and bowl together with the mixer.
