Introducció
The Vitafit Smart Body Fat Weight Scale is designed to provide comprehensive body composition analysis, helping you track your health and fitness progress with high accuracy. This digital wireless bathroom scale measures not only body weight but also 12 other key body composition metrics, syncing data seamlessly with popular fitness applications.

Configuració
1. Instal·lació de la bateria
The scale requires 3 AAA batteries (included). Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries. The battery compartment is located on the underside of the scale.

2. Descàrrega de l'aplicació i creació de compte
Download the "Vitafit" app from your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Create an account and set up your personal profile dins de l'aplicació.

3. Device Pairing (Bluetooth)
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Open the Vitafit app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your scale. For Android users, Location services must also be enabled for Android 6.0 and later.
Note: In Android system, syncing with Apple Health is not allowed. In iOS system, syncing with Google Fit is not allowed.

1. Prendre una mesura
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Step onto the scale barefoot. The display will show your weight. Remain still until the reading stabilizes. The app will automatically sync your weight and other body composition data.

2. Understanding Body Composition Data
The Vitafit app provides 13 key body composition measurements:

3. Syncing and Sharing Data
The Vitafit app allows you to sync your data with popular fitness apps such as Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit. You can also easily share your progress on major social media platforms directly from the app.

4. Modes especials
The Vitafit app includes special modes for different user needs:
- Weight Only Mode: For users who only wish to measure their weight.
- Baby and Children Mode: Specifically designed for measuring the weight and BMI of infants and children.
- Mode embarassada: Allows for tracking weight and BMI during pregnancy.

5. Múltiples usuaris
The Vitafit app supports unlimited user profiles, allowing your entire family and friends to track their individual progress. Each user can create a separate profile within one Vitafit account.

Manteniment
1. Neteja
Netegeu la superfície de l'escala amb l'anunciamp drap i detergent suau. No utilitzeu productes de neteja abrasius ni submergiu la bàscula en aigua.
2. Emmagatzematge
Guardeu la bàscula en un lloc fresc i sec. Eviteu temperatures extremes i la llum solar directa. No col·loqueu objectes pesats a sobre de la bàscula quan no l'utilitzeu.
