Familiarize yourself with the key physical features of your DOOGEE V10:

• Davant: 6.39-inch DotDisplay, 16MP Front Camera.

4. Configuració

4.1. Instal·lació de la targeta SIM i la targeta MicroSD

1. Localitza la safata de la targeta SIM al lateral del dispositiu.
2. Introduïu l'eina d'expulsió de la SIM al forat petit que hi ha al costat de la safata per obrir-la.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards (up to two) and/or a MicroSD card (up to 1TB) into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Empenyeu amb cura la safata cap a dins del telèfon fins que quedi alineada amb la carcassa del dispositiu.

4.2. Engegada i configuració inicials

1. Press and hold the Power button until the DOOGEE logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, set up your Google account, and configure other initial settings.

5. Instruccions de funcionament

5.1. Navegació bàsica (Android 11)

The DOOGEE V10 runs on Android 11. Navigate using gestures or the traditional three-button navigation bar (configurable in Settings).

• Llisca cap amunt: Accedeix al calaix de l'aplicació.

5.2. Infrared Thermometer

The DOOGEE V10 features an infrared thermometer for quick temperature checks.

1. Open the dedicated Thermometer application.
2. Point the thermometer sensor (located on the rear of the phone, near the camera module) towards the forehead or object at a distance of 1-3 cm.
3. Tap the 'Measure' button on the screen.

5.3. Funcionament de la càmera

The V10 is equipped with a versatile camera system:

• Underwater Camera Mode: Allows taking photos and videos underwater.

To use the camera, open the Camera app and select your desired mode (Photo, Video, Portrait, Wide Angle, Underwater, etc.). Tap the shutter button to capture images or start/stop video recording.

5.4. Bateria i càrrega

The V10 is equipped with an 8500mAh large battery, supporting 33W fast charging and 10W wireless charging.

• Càrrega per cable: Connect the USB Type-C cable to the phone's port and the other end to the 33W power adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet.
• Càrrega sense fils: Place the phone on a compatible 10W wireless charging pad. Ensure the phone is centered on the pad for optimal charging.

6. Manteniment

The DOOGEE V10 is built to be rugged, with IP68, IP69K, and MIL-STD-810G certifications. This means it is resistant to dust, water immersion, high-pressure water jets, and drops.

• Resistència a l'aigua: The device can be submerged in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Ensure all port covers are securely closed before exposure to water. After water exposure, dry the device thoroughly before charging or opening any ports.

7. Solució De Problemes

If you encounter issues with your DOOGEE V10, try the following steps:

• El dispositiu no respon: Premeu i manteniu premut el botó d'engegada durant uns 10-15 segons per forçar un reinici.
• Esgotament ràpid de la bateria: Check background apps, reduce screen brightness, or disable unnecessary features like GPS or Wi-Fi when not in use.
• Problemes de xarxa: Ensure SIM card is correctly inserted. Try restarting the device or toggling Airplane Mode on/off.
• Bloqueig de l'aplicació: Esborra la memòria cau i les dades de l'aplicació problemàtica a Configuració > Aplicacions. Si el problema persisteix, desinstal·la i torna a instal·lar l'aplicació.
