Using Waffle Plates:

3. Pour your waffle batter onto the lower plate, filling the grids evenly. Do not overfill.
4. Close the lid. Cooking time typically ranges from 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your recipe and desired browning.
5. Open the lid and carefully remove the cooked waffles using a heat-resistant, non-metallic utensil.

Using Grill Plates (for Croques, Paninis, etc.):

1. Preheat the appliance with grill plates installed.
2. Place your sandwich or food item onto the lower grill plate.
3. Close the lid. The floating hinge allows for even pressure on thicker items.
4. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until your food is golden brown and heated through.
