2. Instruccions de seguretat

- Llegiu atentament totes les instruccions abans d'utilitzar l'aparell.
- No submergiu la unitat del motor en aigua o cap altre líquid.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from moving parts during operation to prevent injury and/or damage to the mixer.
- Desendolleu l'aparell de la presa de corrent quan no l'utilitzeu, abans de muntar o desmuntar peces i abans de netejar-lo.

4. Configuració
Follow these steps to set up your stand mixer for first use:
- Desembalar: Traieu amb cura tots els components de l'embalatge. Conserveu l'embalatge per a futurs emmagatzematges o transports.
- Neteja: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, splash guard, dough hook, flat beater, and whisk in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The main motor unit should only be wiped with a damp tela.
- Posicioneu el mesclador: Place the main motor unit on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip feet are firmly gripping the countertop.
- Enganxa el bol: Place the stainless steel mixing bowl into its base on the mixer and turn it clockwise until it locks securely into place.
- Aixeca el cap: Press the head-release lever (usually located on the side of the mixer) and lift the motor head upwards until it locks into position.
- Attach the Tool: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or whisk). Insert the attachment into the shaft and turn it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Baixar el cap: Press the head-release lever again and gently lower the motor head until it locks into the operating position.
- Fixeu el protector contra esquitxades: Slide the splash guard onto the motor head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
The LIVOO DOP234 Stand Mixer features 6 speed settings and planetary mixing action for thorough ingredient incorporation.
5.1 Selecting the Right Attachment
- Batre: Ideal per muntar nata, clares d'ou i masses lleugeres.
- Batedora plana: Apte per barrejar pastissos, galetes, glaçats i puré de patates.
- Ganxo de massa: Dissenyat per pastar masses pesades com el pa i la massa de pizza.
5.2 Mixing Process
- Ensure the mixer is properly set up with the correct attachment and the mixing bowl is locked in place.
- Afegiu els ingredients al bol de barreja.
- Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet (230V).
- Turn the speed control knob to the desired speed setting (1-6). Start with a low speed to prevent splashing, then gradually increase as needed.
- Use the splash guard's opening to add ingredients during mixing if necessary.
- Once mixing is complete, turn the speed control knob to the '0' (off) position and unplug the appliance.
- Lift the motor head, remove the attachment, and then remove the mixing bowl.
