4. Instal·lació i configuració

4.1 Muntatge del motor

  1. Ensure your drone frame has a 12x12mm mounting pattern for the motors.
  2. Align the motor's mounting holes with the corresponding holes on the drone arm.
  3. Secure the motor using the provided M2*6 screws. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the motor or frame.

4.2 Cablejat

The motor comes with 20AWG 160mm wires. Connect these wires to your Electronic Speed Controller (ESC) according to your ESC's instructions. Typically, the three motor wires connect directly to the three phase wires of the ESC. Ensure proper soldering for a secure and reliable connection.

5. Funcionament

This motor features a CW (Clockwise) screw thread. Attach your propellers securely using the provided propeller nuts. Ensure the propellers are balanced and installed in the correct direction for your drone's rotation.

5.2 Font d'alimentació

The XING2 2205 3200KV motor is designed for 4S LiPo battery input voltage. Using a battery with a different voltage may result in suboptimal performance or damage to the motor and ESC.

5.3 Comprovacions inicials

Before your first flight, perform a motor direction check in your flight controller software. Ensure all motors spin freely and in the correct direction. Verify that no wires are pinched and all connections are secure.

6. Manteniment

  • Vibració excessiva: Inspect propellers for damage or imbalance. Check motor bearings for wear. Ensure motors are securely mounted.
  • Soroll inusual: Could indicate worn bearings, debris inside the motor, or a loose propeller. Disassemble and inspect if necessary.
  • Sobreescalfament: Ensure proper airflow. Check for short circuits or incorrect ESC settings. Over-propping can also cause overheating.
