4. Funcionament
Using the TooQ TQR-220B to read your electronic ID or smart card is straightforward.
Inserting a Smart Card:
- Ensure the reader is connected to your computer and the red LED is on.
- Locate the smart card slot on the top of the TQR-220B.
- Insert your electronic ID card (e.g., DNIe) or smart card into the slot with the chip facing upwards and towards the reader, as shown in the image below. Push the card gently until it is fully seated.

Lectura i escriptura:
- Once the card is inserted, the green LED will flash or remain solid, indicating active communication (reading or writing) with the smart card.
- Use the appropriate software application (e.g., DNIe software, banking applications, digital signature tools) on your computer to interact with the smart card.
- Do not remove the card while the green LED is active, as this may interrupt data transfer or corrupt the card.
Removing a Smart Card:
Once your operation is complete and the green LED is no longer active, gently pull the smart card out of the slot.

- LED vermell:
- Activat (sòlid): Indicates that the device is powered on and ready.
- LED verd:
- On (Solid/Flashing): Indicates active communication (reading or writing) with an inserted smart card.
