Configuració

The LEAP PQ9912 Chess Clock requires two AA batteries (not included).

1. Locate the battery cover on the underside of the clock.

Selecting Timing Rules

1. Turn on the chess clock.
2. The rule number will flash on the display.

Adjusting Time and Moves (Custom Mode)

For custom settings (rule 00) or modifying existing rules:

1. Select rule "00" or the desired preset rule.
2. Press and hold the middle "Play/Pause/Set" button for 3 seconds to enter edit mode. The flashing digit indicates the editable value.
3. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease the flashing digit.
4. Press the middle button again to move to the next digit or setting.

Starting and Pausing a Game

1. After selecting or setting a timing rule, press the middle "Play/Pause/Set" button to start the game.
2. To pause the game, press the middle "Play/Pause/Set" button again.
3. To resume, press the middle button once more.

Using the Rocker Switch

During a game, press the rocker switch on top of the clock to switch turns between players. The active player's time will count down.
