2.1 Components

3. Configuració

3.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

The TOTAL TMT460012 multimeter requires two AAA batteries for operation. To install or replace batteries:

3.2 Connecting Test Probes

To prepare the multimeter for measurements:

4.1 Mesurar DC Voltage (V=)

4.2 Mesurar AC Voltage (V~)

5. Read the resistance value on the LCD display. An 'OL' reading indicates an open circuit or a resistance higher than the selected range.

4.4 Prova de continuïtat

2. Set the rotary switch to the continuity function (often indicated by a buzzer icon).

4.5 Measuring DC Current (A=)

Precaució: Never connect the multimeter in parallel for current measurement. Always connect it in series with the load.

2. Set the rotary switch to the desired DC Current range (e.g., 200m, 10A).

5. Open the circuit where the current is to be measured and connect the multimeter in series.

5. Manteniment

5.1 Neteja

If the 10A current measurement function stops working, the fuse may need replacement. This should only be performed by qualified personnel.

1. Ensure the multimeter is turned OFF and all test leads are disconnected.

• No current reading on 10A range: Check and replace the fuse if blown (refer to Section 5.3).
