Configuració

2. Alimentació del dispositiu

The blood pressure monitor can be powered by two methods:

• 4 piles AA: Insert four AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the bottom of the device. Ensure correct polarity.

Proper cuff application is crucial for accurate measurements. The adjustable cuff is designed for arm circumferences between 8.7 and 16.5 inches.

1. Open the Cuff: Open the cuff and pass one end through the iron ring. Ensure the Velcro faces outward.

4. Arm Position: Rest your arm comfortably on a table or flat surface with your palm facing upwards. Ensure the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Prendre una mesura

Before measuring, sit quietly for a few minutes. Avoid talking, moving, or eating during the measurement process.

1. Selecciona l'usuari: If using the 2-user memory mode, press the MEM button to switch between User 1 and User 2.

3. View Resultats: Once the measurement is complete, the systolic pressure (SYS), diastolic pressure (DIA), and pulse rate (PUL) will be displayed on the large LCD screen. The device will automatically turn off after 30 seconds.

2. Understanding the Tri-Color Backlight

The monitor features a tri-color backlit display to visually indicate your blood pressure category according to WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines:

• Verd: Blood pressure below 140 mmHg (Normal range).
• groc: Blood pressure between 140-180 mmHg (Mild to Moderate Hypertension).
• Vermell: Blood pressure above 180 mmHg (Severe Hypertension).

3. Voice Reading Function

The device includes an audio reading function, which is particularly useful for the elderly or visually impaired users. You can control this feature using the SET botó.
