The Igloo Electric Countertop Ice Maker Machine is a compact and portable appliance designed to produce ice quickly and efficiently. It is capable of producing up to 26 pounds of ice per day, with ice ready in as little as 7 minutes per cycle. The unit features a transparent viewing window, a 2-pound ice basket, and an LED-lighted control panel for easy operation. Users can select between small and large ice cube sizes. Indicator lights notify when to add water or when the ice basket is full.

2. Què hi ha a la caixa
En desembalar, assegureu-vos que tots els components estiguin presents i no estiguin danyats:

3. Configuració i instal·lació
- Desembalatge: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, tape, and any protective film.
- Col·locació: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit. Maintain at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space from walls and other objects for optimized airflow.
- Neteja inicial: Abans del primer ús, netegeu l'interior de la màquina de gel, incloent-hi el dipòsit d'aigua, la cistella de gel i la cullera de gel, amb un drap suau i un detergent suau. Esbandiu-la bé amb aigua neta.
- Connexió d'alimentació: Connecteu la màquina de gel a una presa de corrent amb connexió a terra. Assegureu-vos que el volumtage matches the specifications of your unit (120 Volts).

4. Instruccions de funcionament
4.1 Afegir aigua
Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill. Use cold water for best ice production results.

4.2 Powering On and Selecting Ice Size
Premeu el botó PODER button to turn on the unit. The ice maker will begin its cycle. To select the desired ice cube size (Small or Large), press the SELECCIONA button. The corresponding indicator light (S or L) will illuminate.

4.3 Producció de gel
The ice maker will produce 9 ice cubes per cycle, with the first batch typically ready in 7 to 15 minutes, depending on the selected size and ambient temperature. The unit can produce up to 26 pounds of ice in 24 hours.

4.4 Llums indicadors
- AFEGEIX AIGUA: This light illuminates when the water reservoir is low and needs refilling. The ice production will pause until water is added.
- GEL PLEN: This light illuminates when the ice basket is full. The ice production will pause until ice is removed from the basket.

The ice maker is not a freezer. Ice will melt if left in the basket. It is recommended to transfer ice to a freezer for storage once the basket is full.
5. Manteniment i Neteja
Una neteja i un manteniment regulars garantiran la longevitat i el rendiment òptim de la vostra màquina de gel.
- Neteja diària: Després de cada ús, buideu l'aigua restant del dipòsit. Netegeu l'interior amb un drap suau.
- Neteja setmanal: For thorough cleaning, unplug the unit. Remove the ice basket. Clean the water reservoir and ice-making components with a solution of water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Ensure the small strainer at the bottom of the reservoir is clear of debris.
- Descalcificació: Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate. To descale, mix a solution of water and vinegar (1:1 ratio) or a commercial descaling agent. Pour into the reservoir and run a few cycles without ice production (refer to the full manual for specific descaling instructions). Drain and rinse thoroughly with clean water multiple times.
- Neteja exterior: Netegeu l'exterior amb un suau, damp tela. No utilitzeu netejadors abrasius ni dissolvents.
- Emmagatzematge: If storing the unit for an extended period, ensure it is completely dry inside and out. Store in a cool, dry place.
