4. Instruccions de configuració
4.1 Pairing a New RX Unit with a TX Unit
When adding a new RX unit or setting up for the first time, the RX unit must be paired with the TX unit. Follow these steps:
- Power up both the RX and TX units using their respective 5V2A power adapters.
- Connect the new RX unit's "HD OUT" port to the TX unit's "HD IN" port using an HDMI cable.
- Wait for approximately 30 seconds. Observe the indicator LED on the TX unit. If it changes to a green flashing light, and then after 5 more seconds, it indicates successful pairing of the new RX unit to the TX unit.
- Once paired, disconnect the HDMI cable and proceed with normal connection.

4.2 Connecting the RX Unit for Operation
- Ensure the RX unit is paired with your TX unit (refer to Section 4.1).
- Connect the two antennas to the antenna ports on the RX unit.
- Connect one end of an HDMI cable to the "HD OUT" port of the RX unit.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI input of your display device (e.g., TV, monitor, projector).
- Connect the provided power adapter to the RX unit's power input and plug it into a power outlet.
- If using the IR remote control feature, connect the IR cable to the IR port on the RX unit and position the IR emitter head towards your source device (connected to the TX unit).
5. Funcionament
5.1 Ús general
Once the RX unit is properly connected and powered on, and the TX unit is transmitting, the RX unit will automatically detect the signal and display it on the connected screen. Ensure both units are within the effective transmission range and have a clear line of sight for optimal performance.

Image: Illustration demonstrating the capability of connecting up to 4 RX units to a single TX unit, with a table showing how transmission distance decreases as more RX units are added (e.g., 1 TX to 1 RX at 200m, 1 TX to 4 RX at 20m, note: distances in image differ slightly from product description).
5.2 comandament a distància IR
The RX unit supports IR remote control functionality, allowing you to control your source device (connected to the TX unit) from the location of your display. To use this feature:
- Ensure the IR cable is connected to the RX unit's IR port.
- Position the IR emitter head (connected to the TX unit) directly in front of the IR receiver window of your source device (e.g., set-top box, DVD player).
- Point your source device's remote control at the IR head connected to the RX unit. The signal will be transmitted wirelessly to the TX unit and then to your source device.

5.3 Separació d'àudio
The RX unit allows for audio separation. You can receive audio signals from the HDMI stream and output them via the AMS port on the RX unit. This is useful for monitoring live sound, for example, when receiving signals from cameras.

7. Solució De Problemes
If you encounter issues with your Vrriis Wireless HDMI Extender Receiver, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
7.1 Receiver Screen Shows "Searching TX......"
This indicates that the RX unit is not receiving a signal from the TX unit.
- Comproveu la potència: Ensure the TX unit is powered on and connected properly.
- Distància de transmissió: Verify that the TX and RX units are within the specified transmission distance. Remember that obstacles like walls, bricks, or glass can significantly shorten the effective range or cause signal loss.
- Obstacles: Minimize obstacles between the TX and RX units. Try to enhance the installation and placement of wireless devices to ensure optimal signal reception.
- Maridatge: Confirm that the RX unit is correctly paired with the TX unit. If it's a new RX or has been reset, re-pair it according to Section 4.1.
7.2 IR Remote Control Has No Response
If the IR remote control function is not working:
- IR Cable Connection: Check if the IR head is inserted correctly into the RX unit's IR port. Ensure the logo on the IR head is facing the correct direction.
- IR Emitter Placement: Make sure the IR emitter head (connected to the TX unit) is directly facing the IR receiver window of your source device.
- Freqüència IR: Confirm that the infrared frequency of your remote control is within the controllable range of 20KHz-60KHz.
