The EPEVER XTRA(10A~40A) series is an advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) charge controller designed for off-grid photovoltaic systems. 4. Configuració i instal·lació
Before installation, ensure all components are present and undamaged. It is recommended to mount the controller in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

4.2 Wiring Sequence
Follow this sequence for safe and proper connection:
- Connecteu la bateria: First, connect the battery to the controller's battery terminals (BATT+/-). Ensure correct polarity. The controller will power on.
- Connecteu el panell solar: Next, connect the solar panel array to the controller's PV terminals (PV+/-). Ensure correct polarity.
- Connect the Load: Finally, connect the DC load to the controller's load terminals (LOAD+/-).
- Connexions opcionals: If using, connect the Remote Temperature Sensor (RTS) to the RTS port and any communication cables (e.g., RS485) to the COM port.
Nota important de seguretat: Always disconnect the solar panel first, then the battery, when performing maintenance or disconnecting the system. Reconnect in reverse order: battery first, then solar panel.
5. Instruccions de funcionament
The EPEVER XTRA1210N controller features an intuitive display and buttons for easy operation and monitoring. The display provides real-time system status, including battery voltage, charging current, load status, and more.
5.1 Pantalla i botons

5.2 Configuració del tipus de bateria
It is crucial to set the correct battery type in the controller's settings to ensure proper charging and prolong battery life. The controller supports various battery types, including sealed, gel, flooded, and user-defined lithium-ion batteries. Consult the controller's menu for instructions on how to select or customize the battery type.
5.3 Modes de control de càrrega
The controller offers multiple load control modes, such as always on, dusk to dawn, and timed control. These modes allow you to manage when your DC loads receive power. Adjust these settings via the controller's display menu or through an optional external display unit.
6. Manteniment
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your EPEVER MPPT Solar Charge Controller.
