Guia de configuració

1. Charge the Scale: Before first use, ensure the scale is fully charged using the provided Type-C USB cable. The charging port is located on the side of the scale.

2. Download the FITDAYS App: Cerca "FITDAYS" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and install the application on your smartphone.

3. Crea el teu Profile: Open the FITDAYS app and follow the on-screen instructions to create your user profile. This includes entering personal details like age, height, and gender for accurate metric calculations.

Instruccions de funcionament

1. Prendre una mesura:
   • Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Avoid carpets or uneven floors.
   • Step onto the scale barefoot and stand still. Ensure your feet are in contact with the electrodes on the scale's surface.
   • The display will show your weight, followed by other body composition metrics.
   • Your data will automatically sync to the FITDAYS app if your phone is nearby with Bluetooth enabled.

Manteniment
