1. Introducció

Welcome to the classic Monopoly Game, a family board game designed for 2 to 6 players, ages 8 and up. This edition includes 8 unique tokens, offering a fresh take on the beloved game. Monopoly is a property trading game where players buy, sell, dream, and scheme their way to riches. The objective is to own it all by acquiring properties, building houses and hotels, and bankrupting opponents.

The game features classic Monopoly gameplay, where Chance and Community Chest cards can dramatically alter fortunes. It's a staple for family game nights and a great gift for all ages.

3. Configuració

1. Place the gameboard on a table.
2. Separate the Chance cards and Community Chest cards, shuffle each pile, and place them face-down on their designated spaces on the board.
3. Each player chooses a token to represent them while traveling around the board.
4. One player is selected as the Banker. The Banker is responsible for all the Bank's money, Title Deeds, Houses, and Hotels until they are bought by players. The Banker also collects taxes and fines, and handles all transactions with players. The Banker may also play the game, but must keep their personal money separate from the Bank's.
5. The Banker gives each player $1500 in the following denominations:

4. Instruccions d'ús (Com jugar)

4.1 Objectiu del joc

The goal of Monopoly is to be the last player remaining with money and properties, having driven all other players into bankruptcy.

4.2 Prenent un torn

1. Starting with the Banker, each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest total starts the game. Play proceeds to the left.
2. On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated by the dice.
3. If you roll doubles, you move your token, perform the action for the space you landed on, and then roll the dice again for another turn. If you roll doubles three times in a row, you must immediately go to Jail.

4.3 Landing on Spaces

• Propietat sense propietari: If you land on an unowned property (Street, Railroad, or Utility), you may buy it from the Bank for the price printed on that space. If you choose not to buy it, the Banker immediately offers it for auction to the highest bidder.
• Propietat: If you land on a property owned by another player, you must pay them rent. The amount of rent depends on whether the property is part of a complete color set and if it has houses or hotels built on it.
• Chance o Caixa comunitària: Draw the top card from the respective pile and follow its instructions. Return the card to the bottom of the pile after use.
• Espais fiscals: Pagueu l'impost indicat al Banc.
• Anar a la presó: Move your token directly to the "In Jail" space. You do not collect $200 for passing GO.
• Només visitant: If you land on "Just Visiting" Jail, you are simply visiting and take no penalty.

4.4 Buying and Building

• Compra de propietats: When you own all properties in a color group, you have a Monopoly. You can then build houses and hotels on these properties.
• Building Houses: You can buy houses from the Bank and erect them on your properties. You must build evenly, meaning you cannot build a second house on any property in a color group until you have built one house on all properties in that group.
• Building Hotels: Once you have four houses on each property of a complete color group, you can upgrade to a hotel. Return the four houses to the Bank and pay the hotel cost.
• Selling Properties: You can sell undeveloped properties (without houses or hotels) to any other player for an agreed-upon price. Houses and hotels must be sold back to the Bank evenly before properties can be sold.
• Propietats hipotecàries: If you need money, you can mortgage properties to the Bank. The mortgage value is printed on the back of each Title Deed card. No rent can be collected on mortgaged properties.

5. Game End & Winning

The game ends when only one player remains solvent. All other players must be bankrupt. A player is bankrupt if they owe more money than they can pay, even by selling all their properties and mortgaging everything they own. The last player remaining wins the game!
