The MEDTECH BP12 is a fully automatic portable digital blood pressure monitor designed for accurate and convenient home use. 4. Configuració
4.1 Alimentació del dispositiu
The MEDTECH BP12 can be powered using either AA batteries or the included USB Type-C cable.
- Ús de piles: Open the battery compartment on the back of the monitor. Insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Ús d'USB-C: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the USB-C port on the side of the monitor and plug the other end into a compatible power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank).
4.2 Connexió del braçalet
Insert the air tube connector from the arm cuff firmly into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor unit.

4.3 Removing Screen Protector
For optimal display clarity, gently peel off and remove the screen protector film from the monitor's display before first use.

5. Instruccions de funcionament
5.1 Abans de la mesura
- Descansa almenys 5 minuts abans de prendre una mesura.
- Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, or exercising for 30 minutes prior to measurement.
- Ensure the room temperature is comfortable.
- Seieu en una posició còmoda amb l'esquena recolzada i els peus a terra.
- Col·loca el braç sobre una superfície plana de manera que el maneguet quedi a l'alçada del cor.
5.2 Aplicació del braçalet
- Slide your arm through the cuff loop. The bottom edge of the cuff should be approximately 2-3 cm (about two fingers' width) above your elbow joint.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm, aligned with your middle finger.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, securing it with the Velcro closure. It should be tight enough that you can barely insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.

5.3 Prendre una mesura
- Un cop el maniguet estigui correctament col·locat i estigueu en una posició relaxada, premeu el botó INICI/PARA botó.
- The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
- After inflation, the cuff will slowly deflate, and your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
- La mesura s'emmagatzemarà automàticament a la memòria del dispositiu.
- Per apagar el dispositiu, premeu el botó INICI/PARA button again, or it will automatically shut off after a period of inactivity.
5.4 Using Memory Function
The device can store up to 90 readings for two users. To access stored readings:
- Premeu el botó MEM botó per view la lectura més recent.
- Premeu el botó MEM button repeatedly to scroll through older readings.
- To switch between User 1 and User 2 memory, press the SET button while in memory mode.
6. Manteniment
- Neteja: Wipe the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. If necessary, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, then wipe dry. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Emmagatzematge: Store the device in its storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and humidity.
- Substitució de la bateria: Replace all 4 AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
- Cura del maneguet: Ensure the cuff is clean and free from debris. Do not fold the air tube sharply.
