Introducció

This manual provides important information regarding the safe operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your PETSITE 2000 Sq.Ft Dehumidifier. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the appliance and retain it for future reference.

Instruccions de seguretat

Per reduir el risc d'incendi, descàrrega elèctrica o lesions quan utilitzeu el deshumidificador, seguiu aquestes precaucions bàsiques:

• Connecteu sempre a una presa de corrent de 3 clavilles amb connexió a terra. No traieu la clavilla de connexió a terra.
• No utilitzeu un adaptador.
• No utilitzeu un cable d'extensió.
• Desendolleu el deshumidificador abans de netejar-lo o fer-ne el manteniment.
• No utilitzeu el deshumidificador si el cable d'alimentació o l'endoll estan danyats.
• Do not operate the dehumidifier in wet areas such as bathrooms or laundry rooms without proper ventilation.
• Mantingueu el deshumidificador allunyat de fonts de calor i de la llum solar directa.
• Ensure proper air circulation around the unit. Do not block air inlets or outlets.

Components clau:

• Pantalla digital: Mostra el nivell d'humitat actual o la configuració del temporitzador.

• Speed/Lock Button: Adjusts fan speed or activates/deactivates child lock.

Configuració i instal·lació

Segueix aquests passos per configurar el deshumidificador per al primer ús:

1. Desembalatge: Traieu amb cura el deshumidificador del seu embalatge. Conserveu els materials d'embalatge per a futurs emmagatzematges o transports.
2. Col·locació: Place the dehumidifier on a flat, stable surface in the area where dehumidification is needed. Ensure there is at least 8 inches (20 cm) of space around the unit for proper airflow. The unit is suitable for spaces up to 2000 square feet.
3. Connexió d'alimentació: Connecteu el cable d'alimentació a una presa de corrent de 115 V/60 Hz amb connexió a terra.
4. Opcions de drenatge: El vostre deshumidificador ofereix dos mètodes de drenatge:
   • Drenatge manual (dipòsit d'aigua): The unit will collect water in its 0.5-gallon water tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and the bucket full indicator light will flash red. Empty the tank and reinsert it to resume operation.
   • Drenatge continu: For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, attach the included 43-inch drain hose to the continuous drainage port on the back of the unit. Route the hose to a floor drain or a larger container, ensuring the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage.

Instruccions de funcionament

Learn how to operate your dehumidifier effectively using its various functions.

Encès/apagat:

• Premeu el botó Botó d'engegada per encendre o apagar la unitat.

Configuració del nivell d'humitat:

• Premeu el botó Humidity Button (HUM) repeatedly to set your desired humidity level, ranging from 20% to 95%. The unit will operate until the set humidity is reached.

Modes de funcionament:

Premeu el botó Botó de mode per anar ciclant pels modes següents:

• Sunny Mode: Automatically controls humidity to 60% RH.
• Rainy Mode: Automatically controls humidity to 40% RH.
• Mode d'assecat continu: Provides continuous dehumidification with high fan speed.
• Mode de repòs: Dims the control panel lights and intelligently adjusts humidity within 57% - 63% for quiet operation.

Ajust de velocitat del ventilador:

• Premeu el botó Speed/Lock Button to toggle between High and Low fan speeds.

Funció de temporitzador:

• Premeu el botó Botó del temporitzador to set an auto-on or auto-off timer from 1 to 24 hours.

Funció de bloqueig infantil:

• Per activar el bloqueig infantil, premeu i manteniu premut el botó Speed/Lock Button for 3 seconds. This prevents accidental changes to settings.
• Per desactivar, premeu i manteniu premut el botó Speed/Lock Button de nou durant 3 segons.

Funcionament silenciós:

The dehumidifier operates at a low noise level of less than 36dB, making it suitable for bedrooms and other quiet environments.

Manteniment

Un manteniment regular garanteix la longevitat i l'eficiència del vostre deshumidificador.

Buidatge del dipòsit d'aigua:

• When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and the "Bucket Full" indicator will light up.
• Traieu amb cura el dipòsit d'aigua de la part frontal de la unitat.
• Buidar l'aigua recollida.
• Feu lliscar el dipòsit buit de nou a la unitat fins que encaixi al seu lloc. La unitat reprendrà el funcionament.

Neteja del filtre d'aire:

• It is recommended to clean the air filter every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
• Apagueu i desconnecteu el deshumidificador.
• Locate and remove the air filter (refer to product diagram if needed).
• Renteu el filtre amb aigua tèbia i sabó. Esbandiu-lo bé.
• Deixeu que el filtre s'assequi completament a l'aire abans de tornar-lo a inserir a la unitat. No utilitzeu assecadora ni calor directa.

Neteja de la unitat:

• Netegeu l'exterior del deshumidificador amb un damp tela.
• No utilitzeu productes químics agressius, abrasius ni dissolvents.
• Assegureu-vos que la unitat estigui completament seca abans de tornar-la a connectar.
