5. Instal·lació

5.1 Muntatge del cabrestant

The winch is designed for easy installation on most vehicles, including Jeeps, off-road trucks, and 4x4s. Ensure your mounting surface can support the winch's weight and pulling capacity.

• Verify the mounting bolt pattern on your vehicle's winch plate matches the winch: 10" x 4.5" (254mm x 114.3mm).
• Secure the winch using the provided mounting hardware: 4x G8, M10-1.50x30mm bolts for the winch, and 2x G8, M12-1.75x25mm bolts for the fairlead.
• Ensure all bolts are tightened to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.

5.2 Connexions elèctriques

6. Funcionament

6.1 Free Spooling the Rope

To quickly unspool the synthetic rope, use the clutch lever:

• Locate the clutch lever on the side of the winch.
• Rotate the lever to the "Free Spool" position (usually indicated by an open gear icon).
• Manually pull the synthetic rope out to the desired length. Always leave at least five wraps of rope on the drum.
• Once the desired length is reached, rotate the clutch lever back to the "Engage" position (closed gear icon) before winching.

6.2 Winching with Remote Controls

The winch can be operated using either the wireless handheld remote or the corded remote control.

• Ensure the clutch is in the "Engage" position.
