For optimal protection, install smoke detectors in all living areas, especially bedrooms and hallways. Avoid installing in kitchens, bathrooms, or garages where steam, cooking fumes, or exhaust fumes could cause false alarms.

- Select a suitable mounting location on the ceiling or wall, away from corners and vents.
- Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the drill holes.

Activació inicial
The smoke detector is activated upon installation when twisted onto its mounting base. The sealed battery is designed for 10 years of operation.
Prova del detector
It is recommended to test your smoke detector weekly to ensure proper function.
- Press and hold the "TEST" button located on the front of the detector.
- The alarm will sound, and the LED indicator will flash.
