1. Introducció

This manual provides instructions for the operation and maintenance of your replacement remote control for various Blueridge AC Air Conditioner models. This remote is designed to provide essential control over your air conditioning unit. Please read this manual carefully before use to ensure proper operation and to maximize the lifespan of your remote control.

Nota important: This is a replacement remote control. While it is designed to be compatible with the listed Blueridge models, some advanced or specific functions of your original unit's remote may not be fully supported or may operate differently. Please verify compatibility with your specific AC unit model before relying solely on this remote for all functions.

2. Configuració

2.1 Instal·lació de la bateria

The remote control requires two (2) AAA batteries for operation. Follow these steps to install the batteries:

1. Localitzeu el compartiment de la bateria a la part posterior del comandament a distància.
2. Premeu la pestanya i feu lliscar la tapa de la bateria cap avall per obrir-la.
3. Introduïu dues piles AAA, assegurant-vos que els terminals positiu (+) i negatiu (-) s'alineïn correctament amb les marques de l'interior del compartiment.
4. Feu lliscar la coberta de la bateria al seu lloc fins que faci un clic de manera segura.

Nota: Ensure batteries are inserted correctly to avoid damage to the remote control. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

3. Instruccions de funcionament

Point the remote control directly at the indoor unit of your air conditioner when operating. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit.

3.1 Funcions dels botons

• Botó d'engegada: Press to turn the air conditioner unit ON or OFF.
• Mode: Cycles through operating modes: Auto, Cool, Dry, Fan, Heat (availability depends on your AC unit's capabilities).
• VENTILADOR: Ajusta la velocitat del ventilador (Automàtic, Baixa, Mitjana, Alta).
• TEMP ▲ / ▼: Augmenta o disminueix la temperatura configurada.
• SWING: Activates or deactivates the automatic swing of the air deflector.
• DORMIR: Activates or deactivates Sleep Mode, which adjusts temperature and fan speed for comfortable sleep.
• IFEEL: Activates the "I FEEL" function, which senses the temperature at the remote's location to optimize comfort.
• LLUM: Turns the display light on or off on some indoor units.
• TURBO: Activa el refredament o l'escalfament ràpid durant un període curt.
• RELOJ: Used to set the current time on the remote's display. Refer to your AC unit's manual for specific clock synchronization if needed.
• EL TEMPORITZADOR D'ENCESA: Sets a timer for the unit to turn ON automatically.
• TEMPORITZADOR APAGAT: Sets a timer for the unit to turn OFF automatically.

Note on Temperature Display: This remote control may not support changing the temperature display from Celsius to Fahrenheit. The display will typically show Celsius.

4. Manteniment

4.1 Neteja del comandament a distància

To clean the remote control, gently wipe its surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners, abrasive cleaners, or chemical solvents, as these can damage the remote's surface or internal components.

4.2 Substitució de la bateria

Replace the batteries when the remote's display becomes dim or when the remote no longer responds to button presses. Always replace both batteries at the same time with new AAA batteries. Remove batteries if the remote will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

4.3 Emmagatzematge

Store the remote control in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity. Avoid dropping the remote or exposing it to strong impacts.

5. Solució De Problemes

• El comandament a distància no respon:
  • Comproveu si les piles estan inserides correctament amb la polaritat correcta.
  • Substituïu les piles velles per unes de noves.
  • Assegureu-vos que no hi hagi obstacles entre el comandament a distància i el receptor de la unitat d'aire condicionat.
  • Confirm you are within the effective operating range (typically 8 meters/26 feet).
• La pantalla està tènue o en blanc:
  • Les piles estan baixes. Substitueix-les.
• Algunes funcions no funcionen:
  • This remote is a replacement and may not support all functions of your original AC unit's remote. Refer to your AC unit's original manual for specific features.
  • Ensure your AC unit model is listed as compatible with this remote.
