3. Configuració

3.1 Càrrega inicial

Before first use, fully charge the camera's built-in battery using the provided USB cable and a 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will turn solid blue when fully charged.

3.2 Descàrrega de l'aplicació i registre del compte

1. Scan the QR code on the packaging or search for "ANRAN" in your mobile app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android) to download the official ANRAN app.
2. Open the app and register a new account using your email address. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete registration and log in.

3.3 Afegir la càmera a l'aplicació

1. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported).
2. Open the ANRAN app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
3. Select your camera model (Q01 Max) and follow the in-app instructions.
4. Power on the camera. The camera will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED.
5. Scan the QR code displayed on your phone screen with the camera lens. Hold the phone approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) from the camera.
6. Once the camera beeps, confirm in the app. The camera will connect to your Wi-Fi network.
7. Name your camera and set a password for security.

3.4 Instal·lació física

1. Trieu una ubicació: Select an outdoor location with good Wi-Fi signal strength and direct sunlight exposure for the solar panel. Avoid obstructions that might block sunlight or the camera's view.
2. Muntatge: Use the provided mounting bracket, screws, and anchors to securely attach the camera to a wall or other stable surface.
3. Ajust d'angle: Adjust the camera's pan and tilt angles to achieve the desired surveillance area. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum sunlight.

4. Instruccions de funcionament

4.1 Viu View i la reproducció

• Open the ANRAN app and select your camera to access the live view.
• Use the on-screen controls to pan and tilt the camera for a 360° view.
• Tap the playback icon to review recorded events stored on the SD card or cloud.

4.2 Detecció de moviment i alertes

• Navigate to the camera settings in the app.
• Enable PIR Human Detection to receive alerts only when human motion is detected.
• Ajusteu els nivells de sensibilitat per minimitzar les falses alarmes.
• Configure alert notifications (push notifications, email alerts).

4.3 Àudio bidireccional

Del directe view, toca la icona del micròfon per parlar a través de l'altaveu de la càmera. Toca la icona de l'altaveu per escoltar l'àudio de l'entorn de la càmera.

4.4 Siren and Spotlight Alarm

In the app, you can manually activate the siren and spotlights to deter intruders. You can also configure these to trigger automatically upon motion detection.

4.5 Modes de visió nocturna

The camera supports both infrared (black and white) and color night vision. Color night vision is activated by the built-in spotlights when motion is detected in low light. You can typically switch between modes in the app settings.

4.6 Integració d'Alexa

To connect your ANRAN camera with Amazon Alexa, follow these steps:

5. Manteniment

5.1 Gestió de la bateria

• The camera's battery is continuously charged by the solar panel. Ensure the solar panel is clean and receives adequate direct sunlight daily.
• If the camera's battery level drops significantly due to prolonged cloudy weather or high usage, you can manually recharge it using the USB charging cable.
• Monitor battery status via the ANRAN app.

6. Solució De Problemes

• La càmera no es connecta a la Wi-Fi:
  Ensure your Wi-Fi is 2.4GHz. Check Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Restart your router and the camera. Re-attempt the pairing process.
• Poca qualitat d'imatge:
  Netegeu la lent de la càmera. Assegureu-vos que no hi hagi obstruccions en el camp de visió de la càmera. viewComproveu la velocitat de la vostra connexió a Internet.
• La detecció de moviment no funciona o hi ha massa falses alarmes:
  Adjust PIR sensitivity settings in the app. Ensure the camera is positioned correctly to avoid detecting irrelevant motion (e.g., tree branches swaying). Verify human detection is enabled.
• La bateria no es carrega:
  Ensure the solar panel is clean and receives direct sunlight for several hours daily. Check the connection between the solar panel and the camera. If necessary, manually charge the camera via USB.
• Problemes d'àudio bidireccional:
  Check microphone and speaker volume settings in the app. Ensure there are no physical obstructions blocking the microphone or speaker.
• Alexa integration not working:
  Ensure the ANRAN skill is enabled in the Alexa app and your accounts are linked. Re-discover devices in the Alexa app.
